Mzbel will become a prophetess - Afia Schwarzenegger
After forgiving musician Mzbel and also asking for her forgiveness in an Instagram post as celebrated her 39th birthday on Sunday, February 14, 2021, comedian and broadcaster, Afia Schwarzennegger, seems not done yet with her former bestie.
She went on to advise Mzbel who is an atheist to surrender her life to Christ. And as if that is not enough, she has revealed, the 16 Years singer will one day turn a prophetess.
The two, who used to be great friends some years ago, have had a falling out and never miss any opportunity to take shots at each other.
In an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM today, February 15, she said Mzbel would one day preach the word of God.
“When it comes to religion, she is an orphan now, it is people like her that God uses to do great things.
"He uses them as his preachers so that when she is preaching, she can use her story as motivation for others. She can talk about how she wasn’t a believer of the gospel.
When asked if her bit about forgiveness on her birthday was tongue in cheek, Afia Schwarzennegger real name Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa said she meant everything she said.
She reiterated that just as she said on her birthday that she has forgiven Mzbel of all the wrongs she has done to her, her stance hasn’t changed.
“No I am not joking, I’m serious. I forgive her of all that she has done to me and I ask that she also forgives me of all that I have done to her.
"I am not on this note asking her to apologise to me. When you forgive someone, it is for you not the person who offended you.”
Afia also revealed she has stopped drinking alcohol, “I have stopped, in fact. for the past two months, I have not taken in alcohol. I currently do not even yearn for it.
"This decision is on health grounds, I am battling with gaout and arthritis and again, I’m nearing 40 years and if you still want to maintain that nice shape and figure, you need to let some things go. I don’t eat meat also", she added.
